Electronic Presentation of Evidence & eHearings for Litigation and Arbitration

Everything the hearing needs, we bring - screens, connectivity, recording, transcription, the room setup - and a technician who stays in the room for the duration. So the only thing counsel has to think about is the case.

What we do

A hearing is a live event. It has a fixed date, no recovery time, and an audience of people whose hourly rates make every lost minute expensive. Software doesn't fix a live event going wrong - a person in the room does.

We run in-person, virtual and hybrid hearings across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Singapore. That means the equipment, the room configuration, the connectivity, the recording, the evidence display and the transcript - supplied and operated by us, tested before anyone sits down, on that network, in that room, with that bundle loaded.

For in-person hearings a technician is physically present for every session. For virtual hearings our technician is in the hearing room throughout - not on call, not reachable by ticket. When a witness drops off the link or a document needs to appear on screen in the next ten seconds, someone is already there.

Documents are retrieved by bundle reference. Counsel says A/1/5 and it's on screen - the payoff of everything done properly at the preparation stage.
