Legal Document Scanning & Digitisation Services
Paper archives are expensive to store, slow to search, and impossible to use at scale. We digitise them into indexed, searchable records - without the originals leaving your custody chain. Free pilot on a sample set - before you commit to volume, see the output quality on your own documents.
Request QuoteWhat we do
Most organisations know roughly what's in their archive and almost nothing about where any individual document sits. The cost isn't the storage. It's the hours spent retrieving, the risk of loss, and the fact that material you're legally required to hold is effectively unsearchable.
We scan at your premises or at our bureau. Where confidentiality, volume or regulation means the files can't move, our team deploys on site for as long as the project takes - we've run six-month deployments inside client premises without a single document leaving the building.
Output is built to be used, not stored: OCR'd, indexed to your structure, and delivered ready to load into whatever system you actually work in - a DMS, an HR platform, a review platform, or a hearing bundle.
Capabilities
On-site scanning
For sensitive records that cannot leave client premises, Flosmart can deploy a mobile scanning team with scanners, laptops, workstations, and secure handling procedures.
Bureau scanning
Files can also be collected or delivered to the Flosmart bureau, logged into a tracker, scanned, indexed, and returned as organized digital records.
Searchable output
Documents can be OCR'd, indexed, renamed, categorized, and prepared for upload into eDiscovery, document management, or matter platforms.
Secure handling
Scanning workflows support confidentiality, NDAs, custody logs, and secure media handling for regulated business information.

Industry applications
Legal
Matter files, exhibits and legacy case archives digitised to reference structures that survive into disclosure and the hearing bundle. Output loads directly into review platforms and eBundle.
Construction & infrastructure
Site records, daily reports, correspondence files and large-format drawings up to A0. Volumes that defeat general scanning bureaus, and formats most can't handle.
Banking & financial services
Employee records, account files and compliance archives. On-site deployment where regulation or policy prevents material leaving the premises - including six-month engagements inside GCC banks.
Medical records
Patient files digitised to retention and confidentiality requirements, indexed for retrieval and loaded to your records system.
