The evolution of Flosmart

Flosmart started in 2014 as a document scanning company. Every service since has come from the same question: who's handling the next part?

Clients who had us digitise their archives asked whether we could print their hearing bundles. Not just print them - tab them, index them, get them to a hearing room on a deadline that had already moved twice. So we learned to do that.

When Covid closed hearing rooms in 2020, the question changed shape. Bundles had to exist electronically. Proceedings still had to be transcribed. Hearings had to run with counsel in one country, witnesses in another, and a tribunal in a third. That period taught us something the industry has partly forgotten: a hearing is a live event, and live events fail in ways software alone cannot fix. It's why we still put a technician in the room.

By 2025 clients were asking us to handle disclosure itself, and we built a full eDiscovery capability around it. In 2026 we opened in the UK.

We are deliberately built to be reachable: matters are run by named case managers, not ticket queues, and the person who scopes your work is the person accountable for delivering it.

Twelve years on, we cover the full lifecycle of a matter's documents - from the first box of files to the final transcript - across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Singapore.
