eBundle Preparation Services for Litigation and Arbitration

Bundle preparation is where hearings are quietly won or lost. We collate, OCR, redact, paginate, index and hyperlink to the conventions your forum expects - and deliver it however your matter needs it.

What we do

A hearing bundle is a reference system before it's a document set. Get the architecture wrong and the cost surfaces later: citations that don't resolve, a document admitted late that forces a renumber, a printed set that no longer matches the electronic one.

We build bundles to an agreed structure - main bundles, sub-bundles, core and contracts bundles, confidential bundles with their own access rules - with references assigned only after documents are in chronological order. That sequence matters. Reversing it later means regenerating every citation, the index and the load file.

Documents are prepared properly: OCR'd with the text layer preserved rather than burned onto the page image, redactions baked in permanently rather than drawn over, native files kept native with a viewable PDF alongside, foreign-language originals paired with their translations.

Bundles change. Documents get admitted, replaced, superseded. We handle mid-proceeding updates using insert conventions that leave existing citations valid - so a document added between A/1 and A/2 becomes A/1A, and nothing anyone has already cited breaks.

  4. 4Referencing - filenames, bundle references and pagination applied
  5. 5Index and load file - hyperlinked index and machine-readable load file generated
  6. 6Delivery - to our platform, or as a standalone set
