We process on Reveal - ingestion, de-duplication, email threading, OCR, native conversion, virus scanning - then give your team the tools to narrow it: keyword, domain, custodian, date range and concept search, with threading that collapses a fifty-message chain into the one email containing all of it.

Two commercial models. Traditional hosting with monthly user access, or one-time processing with no hosting or per-user fees - you take the processed set and work from it. The second suits matters where the review population is stable, and it removes the meter that most providers rely on.

When disclosure is done, the production set moves straight into bundle preparation. Nothing is rebuilt, and nothing is handed to another supplier.
