What eDiscovery covers
eDiscovery is the process of handling electronically stored information for disputes, investigations, and regulatory matters. It starts with identifying relevant data sources and continues through collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and presentation.
From raw data to reviewable evidence
Collected files are processed so they can be searched, filtered, deduplicated, categorized, and reviewed. This may involve metadata extraction, OCR, file conversion, exception handling, and preparation of review batches for legal teams.
Production and hearing readiness
Once responsive documents are identified, they may be produced in agreed formats, included in eBundle, printed into physical bundles, or presented electronically during hearings. A strong workflow keeps evidence traceable from collection through final use.
